ALUMNI REFRESHER IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA (24th Feb 2008) The 1st Alumni refresher in Indonesia was held in Jakarta on the 24th of February. A small group of alumni members gathered to hear the talk by Prof. Darryl Jarvis & Prof Scott Fritzen. Both professors held an interactive discussion with the alumni presenting on the topics of "Political Risk & problems of risk identification", as well as "Application of risk analysis to a micro-setting". The talk was well-received and the alumni present were hopeful for an even better turn-out for future events.
ALUMNI REFRESHER CUM INFO SESSION IN YANGON, MYANMAR (2nd Mar 2008)
Prof Alex Mutebi addressed a group of 85 guests (including Alumni members from Myanmar) at the alumni refresher held in Yangon. Speaking on "Promises & challenges of post-graduate training in public policy & administration", Prof Mutebi & Prof Ora also answered questions about public policy issues and queries about LKYSPP fuelled by the attendees.
