Speakers covered a diverse array of topics, discussing the types of institutions, arrangements, and practices that best promote energy governance; where the world needs to head after the Kyoto Protocol to fight climate change; and how changes in electricity and natural gas infrastructure in Southeast Asia are creating new challenges related to matching energy supply with rapidly growing energy demand.
