With its strategic location at the crossroads of Asia, the School welcomes eminent speakers who share their expertise and insights on key policy issues with the community. These public lectures, conferences and seminars are opportunities for students and faculty to engage the speakers in lively debates and critical discussions.

The School has hosted prominent policymakers, including HE Paul Kagame (President of the Republic of Rwanda), Mr P Chidambaram, India’s Finance Minister, Mr Tony Blair (Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom), Lord Christopher Patten (former European Union Commissioner and the last British governor of Hong Kong), Amb.
