Mr Gwee Wee Chen is the Head of Information and Systems at the Institute of Policy Studies.
Mr Gwee manages the Information Resource Unit (IRU) and computer systems at IPS. He is also the data and systems manager for IPS website and Library.
Prior to joining IPS in 1991, he worked in Econometric Studies Unit, Department of Economics and Statistics, National University of Singapore.
Mr Gwee holds a Master of Social Science in Economics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA).
