Dr. K E (Kallidaikurichi Easwaran) Seetharam is an internationally recognized expert with 20 years of professional experience on development cooperation, infrastructure, integrated planning for economic growth, participatory social development, diplomacy, and Human Values. He is currently on deputation from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) where he was Principal water Supply and Sanitation specialist. As a focal point guiding ADB’s operations in water supply, sanitation, and wastewater management in line with ADB’s Water Policy.

Tan Cheon Kheong is a Senior Executive at the Institute of Water Policy, based at the National University of Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He is undertaking research and leading the case study programme on urban water management in Asia, coordinating the development of teaching cases on water management, and managing other research projects. Prior to joining the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, he was a researcher at INSEAD.

Rita Padawangi is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Water Policy, based at the National University of Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Her research interest focuses on the social dimension of water management in Asia and how it relates with culture, politics, and the economy. Her current research at the Institute is community engagement in water management, bridging community and private sector interests in water management, the results, and the challenges. Rita is a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship and the Center for Urban Research and Learning Fellowship at Loyola University Chicago.

Anthony D'Agostino is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Water Policy, based at the National University of Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. His current research focuses on the use of system dynamics in the water sector to better understand the intersection of water, food, energy, and climate systems and how policymakers can develop appropriate policy responses. Anthony previously worked for the Greenhouse Gas Protocol at the World Resources Institute and at the UNEP-ROAP in Bangkok, as well as for various sustainable development organizations in India, Australia, and New Zealand.
