Aigerim (Aika) Bolat, Assistant Manager

I am a Kazakh from western Mongolia and I am committed to the improvement of lives of all Asians by educating and inspiring current and future leaders in government and industry. Through the executive programmes I interact with such leaders throughout Central Asia, Russia and Mongolia to identify the challenges and problems they face and recommend relevant programmes that fully utilize the knowledge and skills of our Faculty in strategic development. Since I completed the MPP programme at the LKY School I have seen many examples of how this investment in education by the governments is improving lives and transforming Asia.
Gan Heyi, Executive

A great leader once said, ‘Knowledge is power’ and as a Singaporean, I believe that knowledge is one of the many key factors that drive Singapore’s economy. My belief in continuous learning has made me very passionate about my job in Executive Education. Besides having a good working environment, more importantly I enjoy working with my colleagues as they are a bunch of fun and lively people who always comes up with creative ideas to make work more appealing. However when it comes to work, they become all serious and expect nothing but the best! You have to be here to feel the vibe as no words can say how awesome this department is!
Hidayat Hamim, Management Assistant Officer

'Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication' - Leonardo da Vinci; a quote that I live by. I am a simple guy who is learning and appreciating all the small things in life while pursuing a career at Executive Education of LKY School. This is the place where I can grow to be confident and skilled to fulfill my dreams.
Jenyce Lim, Executive

I am born and raised in Singapore and our cultural diversity has motivated me to see and discover beyond the horizons. I enjoy traveling and meeting people from all walks of life. Graduating from the University of London with an honors degree in Science, majoring in Management, I have the privileged opportunity of a role in Executive Education which has allowed me to meet many great leaders, friends and personalities from different parts of the world. It is always an encouragement to engage them and receive earnest feedback which fuels my motivation to improve and excel. Led by our distinguished faculty and as part of a dynamic and committed team, I look forward to working towards our passion of delivering quality executive programmes.
Luana Chow, Assistant Manager

I am a Singaporean born with a Peranakan heritage, with my mother being a Peranakan and my father, a Chinese. I have a firm belief that I can change the lives of others by providing capacity building opportunities to developing countries through various executive programmes I oversee. For example the Temasek Foundation Water Leadership Programme gives me the opportunity to interact with leaders from countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia and Central Asia to learn about the challenges they face in water management. During my free time, I enjoy listening to music. I was in a choir for ten years and have never stopped loving music and singing ever since.
Lynn Zakaria, Assistant Manager

I spent the last 8 years of my working life in Singapore and Australia. Having completed majors in Environmental Sciences and Science Communication from Australian National University, I am passionate about current social issues effecting Singapore and the surrounding region. Collaborating with external training agencies has extended my boundaries of knowledge, experience and capability and given me a unique perspective in dealing with various social issues. Through the executive education programmes I have had the opportunity to interact with various ministerial agencies and NGOs around the world, which are at the forefront of shaping social policies.
Sunny Lim, Manager

My role is to manage the team, develop training proposals and enhance relationship with our clients. I used to work in the public sector (defence) during the initial years, before spending the next 6 years in a few major conference/exhibition companies which I am grateful for what I have learnt there. Today I am excited that our team has grown and the needs for executive education have continued to be in great demands. It gives me great pleasure to be working with a committed (and yet fun) team, and in helping others to improve their knowledge and learning in public policy and management through continued education. I enjoy traveling, especially to UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Tricia Huang, Assistant Manager

I was born in China but grew up in Singapore. Once my professor told me that it is not easy to become a great leader. Leadership is a double–edged sword, which I believe is true. LKY school offers a unique educational opportunity for leaders in a distinctive environment which is both Asian and global. I feel privileged to be part of the LKY School’s Executive Education. Through the executive programmes, I am provided with valuable opportunity to work with many policy-makers and leaders of the world, especially from China. The interaction with them and their insights enriches me professionally and personally and also helps me a lot to learn about China and its future potential to growth. I believe in 取之於社會, 用之於社會 (whatever we take from the society should be contributed back to the society).
Vinitha Mohanarangam, Executive

The word finance says it all. I handle all the finance matters at the Executive Education, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Finance role has always been my passion and interest due to my flair for numbers. It has been an enriching experience with the School so far and I would like to contribute more to my department and School’s growth.
